  • The show was very well planned. Every inch of space was maximized and the flow was perfect. Congratulations on a job well done! See you next year!

  • I know that you work hard at this event each year - and once again you did a fantastic job. Everything was easy... from coat check to grabbing a cab back to my office. For me, who will be holding an event in this location next year, it was great to be able to get a feeling for how things will flow. Keep up the good work!

  • Very useful in planning future meetings all over Canada, the exhibitors were very helpful and friendly.

  • The tradeshow - aisle space was tight - it felt like I was pushing through the crowd and the exhibitors were right up in your face! Overall everything was great though!

  • Excellent day. Exhibitors this year seemed to be 90%+ for locations. Did we a variety of other service/product exhibitors last year? It would be good to see a few more in other categories. Also, suggest reviewing the buffet lunch line to find a smoother flow. A few more high tables placed around would encourage networking over lunch. People would gravitate towards the tables. Share space, and meet others.

Exhibitor Comments


  • The tradeshow was great. I always enjoy this one. Booth layout was done well so that properties in the same regions and/brands were close to each other. Always quality delegates that come through.

  • Longer exhibit hours (exposure). To improve suppliers' time, staff & $ commitment vs. return on investment. 2. Booth/Exhibitor Floor Plan signage illegible or non existent - delegates could not locate our booth/tables. 3. Supplier booth reservation period too short/restrictive. 4. More flexibility with tables' regulations: i.e. wanted to remove 1 table to make space for high table and chairs for clients & staff. By disallowing this Freeman lost the additional revenue/business. 4. Increase delegate awareness and recognition about sponsors and exhibitors/suppliers involvement & financial commitments.

  • We had good customer interactions and generated both strong sales leads and some commitments from clients on the floor. We are very pleased.

  • I would like to see more doors open to the main hall as not all delegates made it to the far wall of the tradeshow so that meant some booths were not visited.

  • The organizing committee did an excellent job! Everything went well, great location, well organized with excellent quality of attendees. Great job!

  • Even with the drop of attendance on the show floor, including an educational session is good. The session may draw attendees who use this as additional value to their Tête-à-Tête outing.

  • This was my first Tête-à-Tête tradeshow, and I must say I was greatly impressed!
