6 X 6 MINI-BOOTH DISPLAYS

  • MAXIMUM display height is ten (10) feet for mini- booth displays.
  • Pipe and drape is provided. Carpeting, furnishing and electricity can be ordered at exhibitor expense. Floor covering is mandatory.
  • Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles.
  • Upon confirmation booth exhibitors requiring electricity, furnishings, carpeting or signage will receive appropriate order forms.
  • Number of people per mini-booth display: Two (2) maximum unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge.

10 X 10 FULL SIZE BOOTH DISPLAYS

  • MAXIMUM display height is ten (10) feet for booth displays
  • Pipe and drape is provided. Carpeting, furnishing and electricity can be ordered at Exhibitor expense. Floor covering is mandatory.
  • Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles;

  • Number of people per full size booth display: Three (3) maximum unless you have paid for an additional exhibitor name badge.

TABLE TOP DISPLAY
Not-for-Profit Associations and Charities

  • MAXIMUM display height is ten (10) feet for table top displays. The table must be used and NOT removed.
  • Each display site has a six (6) foot x 30″ draped table. No electricity.
  • Space is limited: NO easels or promotional props permitted in the aisles.
  • Upon confirmation table top exhibitors requiring electricity or signage will receive appropriate order forms.
  • Number of people per table top display: Two (2) maximum.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR NAME BADGES

Mini and full size booth exhibitors may purchase one (1) additional exhibitor badge per booth for $275.00 plus HST. Exhibitor name badge rotation will not be allowed.

BUYERS GUIDE

Please note all exhibitors and sponsors will receive an electronic Buyers Guide following the trade show. This report will include those attendees who agreed to be part of the Buyers Guide along with their meeting and services requirements. CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau does not sell attendee lists.

MOBILE APP

We will be introducing a mobile app this year which will include lead retrieval for exhibitors.

EXHIBITOR INSURANCE

The show organizer is only responsible for the common areas outside of the Exhibitors booth, it is the responsibility of each and every exhibitor to arrange their own coverage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From date of space assignment to 30 days prior to event (30 December), 50% refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be applied.

CSAE O-G reserves the right to relocate, prohibit or evict your display and participation if exhibits/exhibitors do not meet the above requirements. In the event of such restriction or eviction, the CSAE O-G is not liable for any refunds of rentals or other exhibit expenses. Companies receiving such notice will not be eligible to exhibit at future Tête-à-Tête trade shows.
